Plaintiff, Standard Bank and Trust Company (the Bank), appeals from an order of the circuit court of Du Page County awarding a $242,404.70 deficiency judgment against defendants, David and Mary Callaghan (the Callaghans), but denying the Bank interest and attorney fees accruing after entry of a foreclosure decree in 1984.
