I. INTRODUCTION
Jo Ann Noonan (mother) filed a petition seeking modification of a child support order entered in the dissolution of her marriage to Michael J. Noonan (father). After a hearing, the district court found no material change in circumstances and denied the mother’s request for an increase in child support.
