TIREY, Justice.

This is a plea of privilege case (non-jury). Plaintiffs brought their suit in the district court of McLennan county against Sears, Roebuck and Company, a foreign corporation having a permit to do business in Texas, and Jaques Power Saw Company, a partnership composed of J. C. Jaques, J. E. Jaques and Douglas Jaques, who were engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling power saws, with their principal office and place of business located in Deni-son, Grayson County, Texas, where the said Jaques resided.
