Frank Seifried, the appellant, owns about eight acres of land near the boundary line of the city of Louisville, and outside of the city limits, upon which he erected a slaugli*379ter-housep and, for the period of near twenty years, has been engaged in slaughtering cattle and hogs on the premises.
