HAMILTON, Presiding Judge.

Appellant Erik Houttuin (hereinafter Husband) appeals from the order of the trial court finding him in contempt for (1) failure to pay maintenance and child support; 1 (2) denying his motions to modify the dissolution decree in which he sought to terminate maintenance, to transfer custody of the minor children of the marriage from his former wife, Carolyn May Hout-tuin (hereinafter Wife) to himself; and (3) denying his motion to cite Wife for contempt. We dismiss the appeal as premature.
