Throughout this case Ditech Financial *791LLC ("Ditech")1 has shown disdain for this Court and for debtors Lucy and Daniel Benyamin (the "Debtors"). Ditech's involvement with this case began when it filed a proof of claim, asserting that it was the creditor and the servicer of a note secured by an investment property (the "Property") owned by the Debtors. (See Claim No. 5-1, filed December 26, 2017.)
