Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Ping county, Griffin, J., entered December 10, 1904, upon findings in favor of tbe plaintiff, after a trial before the court •without a jury, in an action brought by a master against his servant for indemnity.

This action was brought by the respondent to recover from his servant certain damages which respondent had been compelled to pay on account of negligence of said servant. Respondent recovered a judgment in the court below, and the defendant appeals.
Respondent was the owner of the steamship Mary P. Perley, plying between Seattle and Port Orchard.
