The Cheshire Railroad Co. moved that the master's report be recommitted, with instructions to inquire under what contract or upon what terms the Ashuelot Railroad was run by the Cheshire Railroad during the years 1864, 1865, 1866, 1867, and to revise his statement of the account between the two roads for those years.
