In this proceeding, which was removed by the debtors to this Court from Supreme Court, New York County, Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank” or Plaintiff’), the principal creditor of the debtors, seeks to collect amounts owed to it from Evgeny Freidman (“Freidman” or “Defendant”), guarantor of the debtors’ obligations.
