This case involves alleged evidentiary and instructional errors in the trial court review of a Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals decision. We find error occurred and reverse.
Appellant Elbridge Sherman suffered an industrial injury to his lower back on September 8, 1972, while in the course . of his employment for Washington Irrigation and Development Company.
