THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Petition of Defendants FIRESTONE TIRE & RUBBER CO., (“Firestone”) and CHEVRON U.S.A., INC. (“Chevron”), to Remove the Action instituted by the Plaintiff in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court, Palm Beach County, Florida, being Bennie Woods v.
