This matter is before the court on plaintiff David Thorne’s (“Thorne”) “Motion for Reconsideration” (DE #40) in which he requests the court to reverse its decision which granted summary judgment to defendant MemberSelect Insurance Company (“MemberSelect”) on Thorne’s claim for bad-faith denial of coverage for a fire that destroyed his house.
