Tbe sole question presented on this appeal is what is tbe force and effect of tbe judgment rendered between tbe same parties, 171 N. C., 356. In that case these defendants claimed an easement in all of tbe locus in quo, tbe entire courthouse square, by reason of tbe fact that they owned offices whose doors opened upon tbe square.
