Suit was instituted by appellee to recover damages against appellant alleged to have been sustained to a certain Buick automobile belonging to Charles T. Rowland being insured in the appellee company.
The automobile was parked at the time it was damaged in front of Turner & Dingee Grocery Store just south of Fourth street on Houston street.
