Hawver v. Seldenridge

It appears from the record in this cause that Samuel P. Hawver and others on the 18th day of May, 1863, sued out of what was claimed to be the clerk’s office of the circuit court of Greenbrier county, a subpoena in chancery against Archibald Seldenridge and others. This process was signed by Charles A. Stuart, as clerk, and was made returnable at rules on the first Monday in June next thereafter.
