Todd Meyer, Patricia Rogers, Gail Dwyer, Barry Ratliff, Gwendolyn Ratliff, Douglas Durfey, and Maria Durfey (collectively, Objectors) appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court) that upheld the decision of the City of Pittsburgh's Historic Review Commission (Commission) to issue a certificate of appropriateness on a new home design proposed by Heather Johnson.
