LEFEVER, J.,
This trust arises under the will of Thomas G. Morton, who died May 20, 1903, whereby he bequeathed his residuary estate to his trustees, in trust, to pay two-thirds of the net income to his wife, Ann K. Morton, for life, and one-third to his daughter, Bertha St. C. M. Gittings, for her life. Upon the death of Bertha, the trustees were directed to pay her share of income equally to her children for their respective lives and upon the death of each of them to pay the principal from which the one dying had been receiving income to his or her issue per stirpes.
