This was a bill in chancery to correct a mistake in a deed of trust and to foreclose the same, brought by defendant in error against plaintiffs in error, and others, in the Circuit Court of Menard county. It sufficiently appears from the pleadings and evidence in the record, that about the 31st day of January, A. D. 1874, one Alvin M. Hornbaclc, was the owner in fee of the following real estate, to-wit: of W£ of ET. W£, and W£ of RTi- of W£ of S. W£ of section 15, and the E£ of E£ of E£ of ET. E. £ of section 16, T. 18 ET.
