The Commonwealth brings this appeal asking us to determine whether the Trial Division court erred in dismissing charges against appellee on the ground that the Trial Division of the Court of Common Pleas had no subject matter jurisdiction where appellee committed crimes at age sixteen (16), fled, was arrested for a different crime at age nineteen (19), fled again, and then was apprehended at age twenty-two (22) for yet another set of crimes, and the Commonwealth sought to recharge appellee as an adult for those crimes allegedly *94committed as a juvenile.
