MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

PLUNKETT, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on Defendant Pioneer Electronics Service, Inc.’s Notice of Removal. Plaintiffs have filed a Motion for Remand. Plaintiffs argue that removal was improper because: (1) Defendant PES’s notice was untimely because it occurred more than thirty days after the first defendant was served with the complaint; and (2) Co-defendants Pioneer Electronic Corporation (“PEC”) and Pioneer Communications of America, Inc.
