On November 2, 1977, Salvator B. Martino filed a petition for probate of a copy of the will of Lucy Martino, who died on April 18,1977, leaving a will dated July 27, 1967, the original of which could not be found. On December 16,1977, the court, after a hearing under section 6— 7 of the Probate Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 1101/2, par. 6 — 7), entered an order admitting the lost will to probate.
