WRIGHT, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from the granting of a writ of mandamus from the Circuit Court of Calhoun County directing the State Tenure Commission to set aside its judgment setting aside the transfer of a teacher by the Board of Education of the City of Anniston. We reverse.

Eugene Trammell, a teacher with continuing service status, was transferred from a position teaching basic math at Anniston High School to a position teaching math at Cobb Junior High School without loss of status.
