Appellants challenge a verdict and final judgment quieting title to real property in the appellee, Boca Raton Land Development, Inc.

In 1973, George B. Liddy and his wife conveyed the subject property to L-U Ventures. In 1974, L-U Ventures, a partnership, conveyed the property to appellee. Initially, George B. Liddy and Lawrence Urbanek each owned fifty percent of the stock of appellee. However, prior to the conveyance which resulted in this quiet title action, Liddy acquired two-thirds of appel-lee’s stock.
