Reversing.

Dexter Belknap died testate in Louisville, Kentucky, in the year 1894. His will, so far as is involved in this litigation, provides as follows:

“Sixth: All of the balance of my estate of every kind and description, I give and bequeath to my wife, Sarah Jane Belknap, on the following conditions, to-wit: My said wife, out of the income of said estate shall pay to my sister, Sophia H!
