OPINION
Gregory Gilreath appeals the decision of the Municipal Court of Fairborn to revoke his probation.
On December 7, 1998, Appellant was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence, a first degree misdemeanor, for an assault against his wife. (98-CRB 02516). On January 6, 1999, Appellant was arrested and charged with Violation of a Protection Order, also a first degree misdemeanor, involving his wife. (99-CRB-00023).
