In a habeas corpus proceeding, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kron, J.), dated November 15, 2001, which, after a hearing, denied the petition and dismissed the writ.

The petitioner, Hector Estrella, was charged in Florida with conspiracy to traffic in cocaine.
