In this action, petitioners Lincoln National Life Insurance Company and Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Lincoln”) seek to vacate an arbitration award pursuant to federal substantive law and the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), 9 U.S.C. § 10, which was entered in favor of respondent Thomas W.
