Craig Dydell appeals from the entry of summary judgment in favor of former Kansas City school district superintendent Bernard Taylor in Mr. Dydell’s action for damages stemming from Superintendent Taylor’s alleged negligence in permitting a student to assault Mr. Dydell. Mr. Dydell argues that the circuit court erred in holding that Superintendent Taylor was immune from suit by operation of the Paul D.
