J.G. (father) appeals the judgment terminating his parental rights with respect to his three daughters and the order denying his C.R.C.P. 60(b) motion. We affirm.

Father was tried for the murder of his wife, mother-in-law, and father-in-law, and the attempted murder of one of his daughters. He was acquitted of all charges.
