*1191Following a hearing held on the mother’s violation petition, Family Court dismissed the petition, concluding that the evidence did not support a finding that the father had willfully violated the prior order. In addition, Family Court modified the 2007 order, sua sponte, by directing that all visitation take place in the City of Ithaca, Tompkins County, where the father and the child reside, at a location and time designated by the father, and that all transportation costs related to visitation be paid by the mother.
