The parties to this divorce action stipulated that appellant, Gavin W. Hougham, would pay his former wife, Anne M. Kelly, twenty five percent of his gross income to support the parties' two minor children. Their stipulation was incorporated in the divorce judgment entered April 19, 1990. Twenty-five percent of Hougham's gross income resulted in an initial child support obligation of $653.42 per month.
