William J. Cunningham died intestate in Baker County in 2008. His daughter filed in the Baker County Probate Court a petition for letters of administration in connection with his estate. In response, his sister, Mary Cunningham (hereinafter, Cunningham), filed in probate court a “Caveat and/or Objection to Application.” Therein, Cunningham stated a claim that, prior to her brother’s death, he had conveyed to her ownership of his mobile home.
