The matter comes before the court on (1) plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment, (2) defendants Andrews’ and USAA’s motions in limine to exclude plaintiffs expert witness, Dr. Bruce Tetalman, (3) defendant USAA’s motion to edit the de bene esse deposition of Dr. John Williamson, *341and (4) defendant Andrews’ motion in limine to exclude the testimony of Dr. Wardell. The Court has reviewed the motions and briefs filed and considered the arguments of counsel made ore tenus on August 27, 2009.
