This is a rule by defendants to mark a deficiency judgment satisfied of record on the ground that it was released and discharged by plaintiff at the time of a resale to defendants of a piece of real estate previously owned by them and bought in by plaintiff at a sheriff’s sale under the judgment, one of the terms and conditions of the, resale having been, as alleged by defendants, the release of the judgment in question.
