Leonard Conner appeals from the denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, see 28 U.S.C. § 2254, which challenged his New York conviction for first-degree robbery and burglary on various grounds including due process insofar as an in-court identification was purportedly tainted by a suggestive pre-trial show-up procedure.
