OPINION OF THE COURT

THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon the appeal of the judgment of conviction of the Appellant-defendant below.

*87The initial matter this Court must consider is whether the Appellant properly preserved the issues on appeal. In order to preserve an issue for appellate review, specific legal argument or grounds upon which it is based must be presented to the trial Court. Bertolotti v Dugger, 514 So.2d 1095 (Fla. 1987) citing Tillman v State, 471 So.2d 32 (Fla. 1985).
