OPINION OF THE COURT

Respondent Mikhail A. Shedrinsky was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York by the First Judicial Department on May 22, 2000, under the name Mikhail Alexander Shedrinsky. Respondent’s last registered business address was within the First Department.

By order entered October 25, 2016, effective that date, this Court suspended respondent from the practice of law pursuant to former Rules of the Appellate Division, First Department (22 NYCRR) § 603.4 (e) (1) (i), based upon his failure to cooperate with the Attorney Grievance Committee’s (Committee) sua sponte…
