This suit was initiated in the Chancery Court of J ones County, Second District, by W. J. Ishee, d/b/a Taylorsville Lumber Company, to establish a materialman’s lien on the property of Claude Willhelm, and to establish such lien as prior and paramount to the liens of defendants, Laurel Federal Savings and Loan Association and the Jones Supply Company. Other materialmen intervened as parties complainant stipulating among themselves and with complainant that all of their claims would have equal priority.
