This suit was an action of trespass on the case, to recover damages for alleged personal injuries, brought by George Morgan against the Wabash Bail-road Company, in the Circuit Court of Macon county. The trial resulted in a verdict in favor of plaintiff below for $1,500. A motion for new trial was overruled, judgment was entered on the verdict, from which judgment the defendant below has prosecuted this writ of error to this court.
