The defendant appeals from the jury verdict of guilty and the sentence for violation of the statute as to the making and uttering of an insufficient fund check. He assigns error in the insufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict and error in an instruction given by the trial court. The statute involved, section 28-1213, R. R.
