This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Peoria County against the plaintiff-appellant, Wiley Emberton, and in favor of the intervenor-appellee, Utley-James Corporation. Plaintiff was injured on May 28, 1971, while employed by Utley-James in the construction of the new corporate headquarters of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in Bloomington, Illinois. Utley-James was the general contractor for the construction. Ellerbe Associates, Inc., was engaged by State Farm as the architect.
