¶ 1. After a jury convicted Timothy Wilson of receiving stolen property, the Circuit Court of Warren County sentenced him, as a habitual offender, to serve ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) and ordered him to pay a $10,000 fine.
