—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Silverman, J.), rendered February 10, 1992, convicting him of rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, and sexual abuse in the first degree (four counts), after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
