—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Edward Davidowitz, J.), rendered August 22, 2000, as amended October 24, 2000, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second *370degree, assault in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and reckless endangerment in the first degree, and sentencing him to an aggregate term of 25 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
