Disciplinary Counsel v. Cummings

{¶ 1} This cause is pending before the Supreme Court of Ohio in accordance with the reciprocal-discipline provisions of Gov.Bar R. V(20).

{¶ 2} On September 9, 2016, relator, disciplinary counsel, filed with this court a certified copy of an order of the Supreme Court of Georgia entered October 1, 2012, in In re Cummings, 291 Ga. 654, 732 S.E.2d 755 (2012), in which respondent was disbarred from the practice of law.
