This was a claim case, the only assignment of error made in the bill of exceptions being upon the admission in evidence of a deed, dated September 14th, 1884, based upon a consideration of natural love and affection, to the tract of land in dispute; the ad*179-mission of the deed being objected to on the ground that it appeared on its face to have been executed on Sunday, and was therefore void.
