Schillinger v. Brewer

Plaintiff appeals from judgment for plaintiff on a foreclosure of a mechanic’s lien entered by the District Court of the Sixteenth Judicial District, Rosebud County. After a rejected offer of settlement, the judge following trial found for plaintiff with an offset for defendant that reduced the judgment below the amount of the offer. The court granted attorney fees as costs to defendant after the date of the offer, as stipulated to by counsel, and reduced the award further.
