This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of three counts of burglary and of that portion of The Dangerous Weapons’ Control Law (Pen. Code, § 12000 et seq.) which is embodied in section 12021 of the Penal Code. The contentions of the appellant relate to the validity of his arrest and detention, the propriety of a search of his place of residence and the seizure of articles therein, and the question of whether the trial court improperly limited cross-examination of a witness for the People.
