Statement of Case.

HIGGINS, J.

Appellant prosecutes this (appeal from a judgment in the sum of $20,000 rendered against it in favor of ap-pellee, Challen, on account of damages arising from personal injuries sustained by the latter. Appellant operated a plant for the manufacture of cement, and in the operation thereof had more than five people employed. Challen was employed as an electrician, and in the discharge of his duties had occasion to go into the coalhouse of the plant.
