This cause was before this Court on a former occasion ; •and a decision was rendered therein on the 15th day of November, 1884, 25 W. Ya. 113, remanding the case to the Circuit Court of Pocahontas county, with leave to file an amended bill, making additional parties defendant. A complete statement of the case as it then existed may be found in the opinion of Judge Johnson, delivered at that time.
